yes, go to the account control panel http://x10hosting.com/panel.php
and you can unsuspended yourself from there.
Make sure to visit the forums once every 2 weeks( i would suggest every day, and check the news and server status forums) and make sure your logged in. You may need to browse the forums for a couple minutes to let the system register that your logged in.
Note that you don't actually need to post anything. The purpose is to weed out those who don't use there accounts anymore.
But if you had read the TOS you would of known that
if you haven't i would suggest reading it over, takes at most 5 minutes.
