You were suspended for uploading a nulled (aka illegal) copy of vBulletin.
vBulletin is a paid-for forum software that costs $150.00 from the vbulletin website. A nulled/illegal/pirated copy is one with that licensing stuff taken out so you don't have to pay money for it. As should be obvious, not having to pay money for something that costs money is stealing, and hence illegal, and hence also forbidden by our Terms of Service.
Because you uploaded that to our server, your account got suspended permanently and you will not get unsuspended or regain any other form of access to your account.
