Account suspended again

Hai my account has been suspended again.
this time it is mentioned as

You have been suspended for high system resource usage. Accounts are suspended for usage when they are detected to have consistently high cpu usage, memory usage, or process amounts. This is an automatic suspension, you're able to unsuspend yourself immediately

why this has happened.
i have unsuspended it but why this has happened can anyone tell me. and might be which one has used the bandwidth

At the moment your account is not suspended.

When it was suspended what exactly you are doing? Now a days some plugins in word press are causing the high resource usage.


1st and 2nd High resource usage suspensions can be unsuspended from your account panel -->http://x10hosting.com/panel.php

For the 3rd suspension the staff has to do it for you.

Also, check in your error log for some errors such as missing file that may "crash" software that you are using.
