account suspended and I can't log in

I have a very annoying problem. When I have been suspended for high system resource use, I have always gotten an email from x10 hosting and I always take care of the suspension as soon as I can, sometimes I know about it even before I recieve the suspension email. However, that didn't happen today. a few minutes ago I was going to update a link on my site, and it said my account was suspended, so I tried to log into the account pannel to fix the issue, and it doesn't seem to like my password, so I tried to reset the password, but it's not working. I didn't recieve the email. Any help would be appreciated. I don't want my site to be permanently deleted.

I'll unsuspend the account for you. This is an inactivity suspension. If you have been visiting the forums recently, make sure you're sticking around for at least a few minutes (heck, even browse around!) to ensure the system notices you on. As for the password issue, try using your old and new password. Use the Username which would be your e-mail address (I see an @comcast.net address).

Thanks, good to know. If x10 has control over the login form, I would suggest it the input control be labeled either username or email rather than saying what is this?
