Well actually, I'm not the only one on that account, I have a friend helping me which was unexpectedly getting code from Open Source Websites (http://item-island.net) The code was open source anyways. I made all of the other pages. Some people even watched me make the pages on a join.me. This is basically an unfair suspension. The only copied code (That I didn't put) was the main home index. (I recreated half of it). Everything else was handmade and coded with PHP by me.

You are always responsible for the content on your site. If you allowed someone to upload copyrighted material or uploaded it yourself is irrelevant.
