Account Suspended because of Wordpress Autoupgrade

Hi there,

My hosting account got suspended, The error it is saying is:
"You have been suspended for high system resource usage. Accounts are suspended for usage when they are detected to have consistently high cpu usage, memory usage, or process amounts. This is an automatic suspension, you're able to unsuspend yourself immediately. Warning 1 of 3"

I just did a Auto upgrade of Wordpress,in the wordpress admin page.

I am not sure even the upgrade is successfull or not, before the upgrade was completed the account got suspended.

Please activite my hosting account. I didn't know that doing a Wordpress Autoupgrade will affect the system resource to that extend.

I have unsuspened the account, and yes, upgrades and installs are usually very high in resource usage.

If I wanted to do any upgrade, is there any specific time to do. Or i need to request for it.
