Account suspended but it's not really ?

When I try to access my website, I get am Account Suspension notice. When I click on check suspension reason, it tells me that my account isn't suspended. This is the same for when I log into my acount panel, it says my account status is unsuspended. But I can't view my website at all anymore. I always get the page saying that it is suspended, but it isn't. I really need this site up and running because it if for my local environment centre and they really want to have themselves on the internet.

Please help if anyone has any ideas.
