Account suspended- but not suspended?

When I try to access the backend of my website:

http://shop.osp.x10hosting.com/admin/

I get a message that the account has been suspended. When I click the button to "Check suspension reason" for username "osp" I get an error message: "Account not suspended." The shop itself works fine:

http://osp.x10hosting.com/shop/

I just can't get in to the backend to make changes. What am I missing?

I suspended\unsuspended you to see if it would clear it. The first link you posted goes to a 404 page though.

http://osp.x10hosting.com/shop/admin/
