Account suspended but still in good standing

My account is suspended. More than likely due to "inactivity". However, when I go to the account panel, it says Im still in good standing.......I was just barely in the middle of working on something and would really like to get this fixed quickly.....

Also, on the panel, it says disk space used is 0, but I've had this account for a while, and have mediawiki installed since I started it, and my bandwidth this month also says 0, but the month isn't over or just started....

Seems like we are between two syncs of the backend system. After the sync is complete, check again to see if you are suspended or not.

I figured it was some sort of simple issue like that, but, whats with the 0 bandwidth used and the 0 disk space used bit?

I think it's again a synchronization timing problem...

Hi nugames,

The problem you are having with your account being unsuspended but your website showing the suspended page can only be resolved by an account manager or administrator. I will escalate this ticket to a higher tier so someone can help you sort this problem out.
