Ok, so it appears I have been suspended for high cpu usage for the second time.
Because of this I have decided to move away, today.
But I cannot get the files from my cpanel account, there is another 3 hours until I need to initiate the transfer. Everytime I try to login I get the msg, "Login Attempt Failed!".
I think this is because the account is suspended, is there any other way to retrive my files. I've pressed the not so automatic un-suspend button and it appears I have to wait for someone else to confirm the un-supension.
How long do you think this would take?
I'm trying to get the transfer completed by the end of the day.
