account suspended due to not visit fourm accound and i dont know how to unsuspend

my account was suspended due to not visit fourm account and i dont know how to unsuspend, kindly help me to unsuspend the accound

I have now unsuspended your account. Remember that you must login to your forum account, (cPanel login does not count), at least once a month in order to avoid suspension for inactivity.
