Account suspended due to server change

My account has been suspended for the following reason:
"user transfered to another server.

Unfortunately this suspension is not able to be resolved automatically. To resolve this suspension please open a support ticket."

I haven't even logged in to create an index page yet. Please un-suspend the account. Thanks.
