Account Suspended due to transfer to another server

Hello there!

My free account has been suspended. Here are the details:

"Your Account is Currently Suspended
Suspension Reason user transferred to another server.
Unfortunately this suspension is not able to be resolved automatically. To resolve this suspension please open a support ticket."

The server was cossacks and I've read that it was causing some troubles and so x10hosting would close it. However, I thought that my account would be automatically transferred to a new server. As it didn't happen, what can I do now? And will I lose my online data?

Please read the above. Due to your server, people on your server are being moved to another server, including you. The suspension is to stop you from accessing your files while they are being moved to another server.
