Account Suspended for High System Resources

Hi, this is the 3 warning I received, each time I reduced the amount of processing my site does to a bare minimum to where my site is almost worthless already, and yet I got my 3rd warning anyway.

May my site be unsuspended? I will reduce the system resources it uses to the lowest I can go without having a pointless site. Is there anyway I can fix this otherwise? Or do you know of another free hosting site that can provide service I need?

I am notifying an account manager, since a manual unsuspension is needed, as for the system resource usage, your best option would be
a) break-down the script in multiple parts
b) recode the script to be more efficient
c) buy a premium package
