Account suspended for making a blog post!

Don't know what's happening with your server, but today after making a new post in me blog my account suspended for high system resource usage! Is the second time this happens.
I just made new a blog post, now cant even make a backup.
Please reactivate my account, just to make a backup

it was his third warning so, no, as he stated.

I will escalate this so staff can unsuspended you.
also I would take a look into your blog to see if there is any add-ons causing the high resources usage.
