Account Suspended for Mysql chatbox.

I am running a script named JCow. I have not been using any kind of chatbox. However my account was suspended.
Please enlighten the fact.

It's not suspicion, it's fact. You will remain suspended.

Just to clarify: Suspicion would be if I viewed the site and said "That looks like a chat bar is installed."

Fact is going directly into the server itself and going to your home directory, then into your public_html, then into your jcow install, then the modules folder, and then copy+pasting the line that shows the chatbar is indeed installed. This is like Crime Scene Investigation - the files are indeed there.

I had disabled it. So it was not functioning. Fine If I am banned. Please tell me how many days do I need for deletion of my account so that I may go for another ?
