Account Suspended High server resource usage detected.

Hello, I was editing and trying to upload a post via Wordpress and my account is now suspended. This first happened last night. First it was 15 mins then it was 30 mins. I've tried to update my blog today and now my account is suspended for an hour. What am I doing wrong? I'm just trying to update via Wordpress. Please help.
