Account Suspended Issue

My domain became suspended because I forgot to log into the forum. I followed all that I was supposed to do but it would not come out of suspension. So I raised a support ticket #13003. I then received an email that said "This email notification is being sent to inform you that your hosting account has been unsuspended."

But the account remained in suspension. So I reported this on an update to ticket #13003

There was no response then I saw that you had a problem that caused lots of people to raise tickets and had deleted all open tickets. So I raised another ticket (# 14172) to report that my account remains suspended (even though the portal page says "Your account is active and ready for use").

Please can you do something to get my account into a correct state so that I can use my domain.

I clear my browser cache several times every day. Anyway it looks like you have now fixed the issue. Thank you for fixing.
