Account Suspended. Need to be UNSUSPEND as soon as possible

My hosting account has been suspended for a reason called SPAMMING. Can you tell me the way how can i UN-SUSPEND it or is there any kind of file that is doing spamming on website. Let me know sir, Please i really need to UN-SUSPEND my hosting account as soon as possible.
I hope you gonna help me as fast as possible.

Spamming breaks the Acceptable Use Policy, which you agreed to when you signed up. Spamming falls under the zero tolerance policy, which means your access is cut off, no exceptions. You can appeal the suspension, though you must prove you weren't guilty. I'll escalate this so you can try to appeal.

As for response time, keep in mind there are (tens of?) thousands of free users on X10, not to mention the paid users. Take a look at the number of support requests posted today in the forum. The admins will get to your appeal when they have time, but they're busy people.
