Account Suspended/Not Suspended

When I try to access my site it says that my account is suspended, but then I go to check the reason why my account is suspended at this page - http://staff.x10hosting.com/suspended.page/ and then it says that my account is not suspended.

Anyway, I seem to be stuck in a loop. If my account is not suspended, why can't I have access to my site and why does that appear.

My site address is http://idaft.x10hosting.com. I could really use the help to see what's going on.

I don't know, i am just new as AM. I think it is because Lotus was down for 2 days. I will unsuspend your account too.
