Account suspended- shell scripts

Hi anyone!

I've been using the site to upload documents all morning for the scouts to use, now it says it's suspended do to shell scripts or something? I'm using the latest version of joomla and just performed an update this morning to it! It's 100% secure with a secure password and everything. I have no idea what a shell script or how it cam to be on my site? Can anyone help!
I need the site up and running as soon as possible as we are currently advertising for a new Scouting Manager and it is the first point of call for all prospective Candidates

This one was my bad; I've resolved the dispute. It looks like the system found a compromised file in public_html_compromised - one I had missed back in February when the original compromise had occurred.

If you no longer need any of the files from that folder, it's safe to erase at this point.

Thanks for all your help, will delete the compromised folder now!

I've upgraded to prime so won't be getting suspended for not signing in again!
