account suspended, website down, incorrect password

first, my account is STILL suspended, for no reason, I log into the forums all the time trying to get my site back up and running, secondly, as far as i know my website is still down, thirdly i cannot log into cpanel, it says my password is incorrect when i know it is right, I told it to reset it but I do not think it is sending it to the right email, it is supposed to go to garrensilverwing@yahoo.com.................................

I am sorry to hear of your troubles.
x10 has been having server issues ( as you can read about under Server Alerts and the News & Announcement section )

For suspended accounts, if its not unsuspending properly, you will have to open a support ticket. Be warned though, it may take some time to get your ticket resolved as x10 is backed up due to the server related mess.

This goes for your Cpanel issue as well. We are just the community ( member to member ) support area and have no way to access your account or resolve the issues you are facing.

ive already opened tickets but they do not do anything, the only time anything has ever been done is when i posted on here so take your useless information somewhere else

Except this isn't official support... so the chance of someone seeing it is slim, the ticket system is the official system so it should be used. Yes you do have to post in your ticket every 48 hours to keep you ticket active or else it is assumed that your problem is solved and the ticket will auto close. Also there is no need to be an jerk he was trying to help.

There was no need to be rude. I was passing on information that ( as you didn't state you already knew or did ) thought was useful.
Many people think this is the area to post for account related help, and its not.
( As clearly it states it in the sticky )

Again, I am sorry you are having trouble, but taking it out on a fellow member doesn't get you help, just gets people ticked off and not wanting to help you.

Its understandable. Believe me, I know. I was only trying to be helpful with the information I have to offer. If I could of given better help, I would of done it. I have read through many posts in this section and others of similar problems as your own and can only say the same information.

Things will get better. Hopefully soon. I've seen x10 go through many times of struggle and come back a little better. I can't say when, but hopefully soon. You and the other members having trouble are hoping the same, I can only imagine.

I have exactly the same problem - http://teknisk.x10hosting.com/ is still down after lotus packed up and I am suspended, giving the only reason as "Error: This account is not suspended". This is urgent as I need my website back for "judging" in a few days.

I have created a support ticket but I haven't had a reponse for days......
