Account Suspended. While uploading using FTP...

Hi I'm new here. I was Just wondering why my account has been suspended Twice. All I did was upload some webpages... Then after a while i received a message that my account is using high resource usage. my site has not been fully deployed and has very few web visits. I was just wondering why i received a suspension because of high usage. Thanks
