ACCOUNT SUSPENDED WITHOUT ANY REASON / STOLE OF DATA

Hello to all ,

time ago we registered a free account with x10hosting with the intention to test their service and reliability prior to buy the premium service.


The site and 'a simple landing page of subscibers with a traffic of about 20 users per day.


Apart from some band-stop everything went well until a few days ago.


We asked one of the customer service if it was possible to insert a record rDNS pam and the service was outstanding !!


In addition to the theft of data that we will take care to report to the authorities 'competent there and' I give the immaggine !!!!


We wrote 48 hours ago and yet so expect to all who read say to beware of certain impostors



It’s incredible what somepeople would do to force people to take out their credit card!!



They have stolen our data base and website !!! All We want is to tak it back and DELETE you even from our mind as a bad nightmare!!

If we don't get our staff back by Monday I will personally report this to the local and IT police department.

And they have placed adn orrible landing page "Account Suspended " for the reason below. I mean after they act like this would you buy anything from these people?

I wonder whose their marketer strategist .... We would have gone premium soon . Not after that. They could do such action even if you on premium just because one of their staff doesnt like you attitude and stuff. NOT Professional NOT Realible service

If this is a legal threat, I'm going to end this support request now. The Terms of Service that you read and agreed to when you signed up states that x10Hosting reserves the right to cancel your account at any time. We don't appreciate legal threats through our support system.
