I can't log in. unsuspend please?

For some reason your forum account doesn't show an account tied to it. If you were suspended for inactivity, when was the last time you logged in?

Your account gets suspended after 14 days of not logging into the forums. If you fail to login to the forums and unsuspend your account in 10 days following suspension, your account will be terminated and deleted.

7. Inactivity
Accounts found to be inactive are suspended for a 10-day period and then terminated. All data including any type of backup or stored information is removed with the account. To prevent an account from being suspended for inactivity it is required users visit the x10Hosting forums located at http://forums.x10hosting.com at least ONCE every TWO WEEKS. Accounts must also have a working website within one week.

When you visit your website, do you get an "Account Suspended" screen or a "Domain Available" screen?

Also, could you provide us with your old cPanel username? An account manager will be able to verify the reason why your account was suspended (and likely terminated if you did not take action ten days after suspension).
