Account suspended

My account was suspended yesterday for "High resource usage". I got 3 warnings yesterday so im fully suspended . I have members waiting for my site to be back up but i obviously cant do anything about it. Heres my suspension reason code SPND_RUSAGE3. Could i please get help with this and could somebody tell me what ive done wrong please.
