account suspended

while I was uploading phpbb onto my website I got this supension report:

You have been suspended for high system resource usage. Accounts are suspended for usage when they are detected to have consistently high cpu usage, memory usage, or process amounts. This is an automatic suspension, you're able to unsuspend yourself immediately. Warning 1 of 3

I requested an unsuspension and received it. Then I resumed my upload. Soon afterwards I got another suspension report:

You have been suspended for high system resource usage. Accounts are suspended for usage when they are detected to have consistently high cpu usage, memory usage, and process amounts. This is an automatic suspension, and the third warning. To resolve this suspension, open a support ticket

I do not know why the second warning was skipped or why I was directed to the forums when trying to open a support ticket, because from what I remember support tickets weren't related to the community forums, but here I am and I would like my account to be unsuspended. If I was using too many resources at one time I apologize for that, it was only because I was in the process of repairing my phpbb forum installation.

As this is third suspension so the staff has to unsuspend you.


How you are uploading your phpBB forum? To reduce resource usage use FTP client to connect to your site and upload the files to your public_html.


I am escalating the thread to support area. To admins to resolve it.
