suspension reason code is 369EJ9ZAA272 Reason is:
You have been suspended for violating our max email per hour rule - free hosting accounts are only allowed to send 100 emails per 1 hour (3600 seconds). Contact x10hosting support to resolve this suspension

Signing into the Account Panel (not cPanel) should have the reason.

The system reports it as:

Have you been sendiing out a lot of emails? Something in a Forum program that notifies all the members?

Might you have a 'contact form' that might have been compromised?

I have wordpress and i was just setting it up and it sent like 5 emails to me about reseting my password but thats it i have not been sending out alot of emails. Can u please fix it.
