My account was suspended because of failure to log in to the forums. I have now done this but my account remains blocked. I can't see how to resolve the issue myself using the hosting>suspensions function. Please advise what I need to do to remove the suspension. Thanks.

It is showing the Database error. Check the database settings are correct or not?
