My hosting account has been suspended since the last upgrade and I wasn't able to access the panel to know the reason.

seems like some problem ,because your webpage is loading. Can you login to account panel http://x10hosting.com/control and try to unsuspend yourself. If not post back here i will escalate this to staff

It still says i'm suspended, I can only access the Account Management Panel but nothing else.
