login to account panel http://x10hosting.com/control .There u can view your suspension reason also try to unsuspend yourself.If not post back the reason

your suspension reason

you have been suspended for inactivity. it is a requirement that you login to the x10hosting forums once every month to keep your account active; posting is never required. this is an automatic suspension, you're able to unsuspend yourself immediately.

Login to http://x10hosting.com/control/login.php with forums username and password.
Go to "Hosting" on TOP navigation, ----> Then Click on "Suspensions". Click on Unsuspend Button.
Remember that you must Login Here (on forums) once every month to keep your account active, cPanel and Account Panel logins does not counted.
