I don't know where this message goes, only this way I found to get my account back. In the e-mail says that I need to open a ''support ticket''. I don't know what's that. So I send this message to find out how can I take back my account.

Login to Account panel http://x10hosting.com/control and check your suspension reason.If it for inactivity then try to un suspend yourself.If not post back here
