account suspended

my hosting account is currently suspended. please see details below:

"User transfered to another server.
Unfortunately this suspension is not able to be resolved automatically. To resolve this suspension please open a support ticket."

I can't remember transferring to another server.can't understand what's happening.

Check this http://status.x10hosting.com .Your account was suspended since the server Cossacks you were on was having some problem .But I had un suspended your account,i recommend not to make any changes because changes made hereafter will not me moved over to the new server automatically.And also you may find your files are missing, but in that case don't panic, they should be safe on the new server
