Account "suspended"

My account was suspended the other day, yet my account panel shows it being unsuspended on September 2. Though the account panel shows my account being unsuspended I cannot access my cPanel, and my website is still showing as suspended.

Update:

Have now received three new e-mails saying my account is unsuspended, yet when looking at the site it still shows as suspended, and I am unable to access my cpanel.

Your site says suspended but you aren't.
