Gotta say, that looks like file hosting to me, especially since you're claiming "I don't have any file hosted on this server or any other" - here's the problem. Even if it's not hosted on x10, linking to anything illegal still gets you banned.


Given what I can see on the account without unsuspending, you won't be getting unsuspended for this one.

Ok look! You can check the hole server and see with your eyes that I don't have hosted any illegal file! On my site I have links to files from this site "Site removed since it violates copyright" and it's noting illegal in that... About my head information it's for seo purpose...

Fair enough, I'll start listing everything I find that breaks the TOS.

We'll start with the fake Google page in tool/googlefake.php, which proxies the Google homepage through us and violates our No Proxy rule.
Then we'll go with the 2 copyright infringing illegal mp3 download links in exe/is. These both violate the Illegal Content rules.
Then we'll go with the list of even MORE illegal mp3 download links in exe/mel.txt. These all violate the Illegal Content rules.
There's an uploader in the else directory on your account; if this directory isn't password protected then it violates the File Hosting rule because anyone could use it. Given the suspension I can't see if it -is- public, so this one's more just me making a note that it's there.

And there you have it. The site you're linking to doesn't have redistribution rights for these mp3's - it's illegal, which is why you got nailed for even linking to them. This remains a zero tolerance permanent suspension.


Closing ticket since this is now resolved, although I'm sure you won't like the resolution.
