Thought the reason was clear enough, but since it's not I'll clarify it even more:
Torrentflux is a ZT permanent suspension for Script Hosting.
The TOS violation for Copyright Infringement would be the Wikileaks articles illegally reposted here - they aren't wikileak's documents to release, and they aren't yours.
The AUP violation falls under these sections of the Free Hosting AUP:
* is defamatory or violates a person's privacy;
* creates a risk to a person's safety or health, creates a risk to public safety or health, compromises national security, or interferes with an investigation by law enforcement;
* improperly exposes trade secrets or other confidential or proprietary information of another person;
* is otherwise malicious, fraudulent, or may result in retaliation against x10Hosting by offended viewers.
For each of those in order: First one is the privacy part.
Second is because many of the articles on Wikileaks can be considered to compromise national security -and- interfere with investigations by law enforcement.
Third is because it does indeed expose confidential and proprietary information of another person.
Fourth is because the retaliation would come from the US Government, Paypal, Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express, etc, which we utilize for payments. If they're pulling the support for Wikileaks, what would stop them from pulling it from us if we decided to be a wikileaks mirror?
That's why it's permanently suspended and not getting undone.
