Account suspended

Hello X10Hosting Team,

Please I have a serious problem, I get suspended but I''ve used the Control Penal interface as usually, really I don't know why. This is the suspension reason.

"Violation of x10hosting's terms of service. Details: nulled scripts are prohibited on x10hosting's servers. "

I swear that I don't run any nulled script, that it's so strange. So I related what I did before suspansion:

After uploading via FTP a zip file with the web content that I want to test I decompressed it and I moved to edit config.php in order to modify database parameters. But data error happen and I couldn't get log in again anymore. Previously I move public Web content to /public_html_WP/ folder for backup purpose.

Please, could you tell me what happen?, I would hope thatyou could restore my previous account.

Suspension for nulled scripts means that you uploaded a nulled script onto the server. Are you sure there was no illegal scripts in that zip file you uploaded through ftp?

I'm re-reviewing this now. FYI, if I do indeed find a nulled script, then your account will be double-suspended (permanently of course). If it's something that happened to have an install file that says it's nulled as well, then there will be other punishments coming with it.

And to top it off, no self-respecting company -EVER- included keygen.php in with their own install.


Your account suspension has been updated and because of just how blatantly illegal this one is, I'm also adding a temporary ban which will last a minimum of 3 weeks, long enough for the account to disappear. A nulled script like this is so clearly NOT a legal version that there's no way it came from vBulletin, and was clearly redistributed from a warez site (a few of the files actually have links to the site in question). Have a wonderful new years.
