Account Suspended

Hi,
My user id to account is netz and my email id is netzintentio@gmail.com now my free hosting account has been suspended and I am getting the notification that it can't be resolved automatically and showing to raise the ticket.

Its a pleasant experience to have the free account with X10hosting and I hope my account will be activated soon.

Chatscripts are disallowed in the TOS, although this will change soon.
I don't see any other violations(i don't even see the chat script), so i will unsuspend you.\

If there is a chat script, i would recommend removing it until the TOS update occurs.

Found the chat in a subfolder actually, it's definitely using mysql. Normally I wouldn'tve bothered with a resuspend, but the original violation was back from the 31st, when it was not even borderline against the TOS, but clearly against it.
