why have i been suspended, sure i hadn't got the site built yet, but, its a work in progress, im working on a custom media player, atm, sure, if i got any dmcia requests, they would be removed and added to the hall of shame, but... music... is the whole point of the site, its promotion, instead of having everything, having taste, trance, there is massive amounts of, mediocre stuff out there, and to be blunt i hate walking into a club cringing and walking stait back out, and finding another, playing something bearable, in the age of the internet, the amount of selection and variety is overwhelming, at our fingertips we have, millions of artists, and lifetimes of music out there, how does one sift though it all and find out the real gems, the rare treats, the music that you live and breathe to, there were like 20 songs, and you ban me for them? do you have any evidence of a copyright ownership, or any claim for them, in which case which song?
whats in the works, is not small, and is going to take a significant amount of time to build, first start, was a simple radio, from there build, and craft, start adding artists bios, live concerts, then touring dates and forums, ticket info of where to get and how, news gossip and the rest, but not everyone, just the selection, mabe a few thousand or so, crowd sourcing an what next to add, in short its free advertising and promotion without them even asking, but also a place to find whats good, and a community, in it for the love of the music showing what they like and love, tagging the songs i love ect, ratings what they are like live ect, flattr, ect, look let me deal with the issues of "piracy" if they dont want my help, thats fine, ill put up a dmcia take down link, either way its a unique model, most of the artists, will be unknown to the masses and thats the point, its what is uncommon, rare, unique and special, its the best of the best, regardless of whats out there. it could work, it could not, either way, i want my account un suspended, and if i have to pay to get rid of the file size limits on ftp i will, i cant build a site if im ham stung to 16mb, err... quality? let alone, where found, live sets, and videos of artist interviews, them playing old concerts, official video clips, ect. ill freely admit, i have a steep learning curve ahead of me to figure out alot of the fine detail that i want to implement, and it will take a wile, considering how little spare time i have at my disposal, but, it is a work in progress, either way, the site at its simplest from, is to enter in the address, hit play... and be entranced...
