www.nkokanal.x10.mx is suspended. Please can you tell me why is that? Can I at least get my files from server?

Hi Carl, and many thaks for your answer.
I am running a phpbb forum on my site. The forum is brand new, and there are just 2 or 3 active users. It is a bit strange to me that this forum is taking so much resourcses.
The code of the forum is clean, there are no modifications of original phpbb installation.
Can you give me a hint about what can be the problem? And how to sove it. I like x10 service, and I was planning to stick with it. Now I don't know what to do.
