Account Suspended?

I opened a support request 4 days ago (May 8th), and the thread got escalated by a community leader, but since then i haven\'t received any answer

The problem is that when i try to access my website appears that my account is suspended, but in x10h panel my account status is \"Active/Unsuspended\".

Help please! I dont wanna lose my website

Hello, You should not loose your account. Admins are really busy at the moment, although I can poke em and look into it.

but i read that an account that has been suspended for more than 2 weeks, or something like that, it's deleted from the server

The account itself isn't showing as suspended though which means you -should- be safe.

In any case I tried some "homebrew" fixes; your cpanel password on the server is showing it's NOT in a suspended state (and it's encrypted so I do not know what it is, and I repaired the .htaccess. This seems to be -mostly- fixing the problem, although wordpress now wants to throw a 500 internal-server-error. I'm not sure what's causing that, but the account itself should still be okay.
