Account Suspended

When i do some changes to my website,my website redirect to another page and display,
Your Hosting Account is Suspended
Your account has been suspended by x10Hosting's administration. More information regarding this may be viewed under the account management system on x10Hosting.com.
» Go to the x10Hosting Account Panel.

When i unsuspend my account then it will automatically get suspended.
Is there any way to get back my account?

Hello. Your account doesn't appear to be suspended at the moment. It was previously suspended for high resource usage, which is a temporary suspension when your account uses too many system resources.

Your website is quite complex since it appears to be some type of social network. Such sites are not recommended on shared hosting and certainly not free hosting, because of the amount of resources and data it uses. Try to disable certain modules/sections of the site if possible.
