Hi,

please, i have to know if there is any way to recover some of the information a suspended account had in a free hosting web address. Is there a copy in your servers? How can i access it?

The short answer is NO

From x10hosting's free-hosting "Terms of Service" (TOS)...
(for anything other than inactivity - and that account will have all files and databases deleted anytime after 21 days from the day of suspension for inactivity)

7. Suspensions
If an account is suspended for a breach of the Terms outlined above the account holder will immediately forfeit all rights to the account in question including access to any and all files and\or databases located within the account. x10Hosting is under no obligation to provide backups in full or in part to an account holder that has been suspended.
