I didn't go through every page, but yes, you did have the code correctly in your page.

You just can't have them at the bottom. They have to be visible without scrolling.

Just a little tip... You can place the ad very easily by using CSS and absolute positioning. So you can have it like exactly to the right of your header image.

Basically do like

<div style="width:10%;margin-top:10px;height:10px;left:10px;position:absolute";>

{ad code here}

</div>

Then obviously you have to fool around with the right px measurements.

By the way, your account has been unsuspended. Just get those ads in the correct spot.
