account suspended

Hi, my account was suspended because i don't have ads, but u just put the code on the sidebar in wordpress.
Please i need my page please
But in my account page says:

That error does not mean you are suspended, it means there is something wrong with the permissions on your files. Did you just upload new files or change the permissions?

Yeah, i changed the permission but when i could go to my page in wordpress, i saw my page with errors, the i changed to the original permission and i saw it good.
But now i can't go to my admin page in wordpress.
What can i do?
