Account suspended

Hello admins. I have a problem with my account. It says it was suspended, with the reason inactivity. I have been using the account, and I strongly believe that inactivity is not a reason for suspension. How do I go about this?

My account says:

Your hosting account was suspended because:
Hosting account suspended for inactivity.

my hosting account is arvinoids.x10hosting.com
login is arvinoids.

Please advise.

You have to Login to the Forum (Posting is not required) once in two weeks to keep your account active / un-suspended.
