Hello,
My account has been suspended with the following reason :-
Prolonged high resource usage. Account will be unsuspended automatically in 15 minutes.
But I can see that Automatic Unsuspension is set to No.
Since my account is new I was try to explore stuff and the control panel. I am not quite sure how I utilized more resources than the acceptable limit. But it was unintentional.
Hence, I request you to please unsuspend my account. Also, I would really appreciate if you could tell me what exactly happened.
PS : I was browsing the site and the cPanel using a PROXY site. Maybe that is the reason.
