Your account doesnt appear to be linked properly with your forum account therefore it will be getting marked for inactivity.

You should relink your forum account to your hosting account.

However as well as that the account is not showing as suspended in the system, but is still displaying the suspended page - moving to level 2 for a senior to look at.
