Account Suspended?

How did my account get suspended? I just unsuspended it but is there somewhere that lists what I may have not followed? It said something of a working website but I had an ASP message board page that was working?!?!? Also, when will CPanel and FTP but unsuspended for me to use?

Usually, if you unsuspended yourself - it would of been due to Inactivity. I haven't heard if they allow other options to be unsuspended by the user.

It seems there was a glitch in the unsuspension. I have moved this to Level Two support to have another staff member assist you.

For what you stated, would be :

Accounts must also have a working website within one week of account creation. If you don't use your webspace we will give it to someone who will.
