Account suspended

My website warxclan got suspended for no reason and its says inactivity when i have been working on it for a long time. I have double checked the TOS and i havent violated anything and it says...

suspension 1:02 pm You have been suspended for inactivity. It is a requirement that you login to the x10hosting forums once every two weeks to keep your account active; posting is never required. This is an automatic suspension, you're able to unsuspend yourself immediately

Also........ It says suspended 1:02PM
and i sumbited a unsuspension requestion at 3:22PM according to the systems time.

I live in New Zealand and the time here is 8:27PM Tuesday meaning my account may have got suspended 2 hours ago and i was a sleep. From all the work i was doing last night on my site.

Did you log into the forum, or just cpanel? The requirement is to log into the forum, nothing else counts.

You need to log into the forums once every two weeks. Posting is optional. If you continue to have problems with your account being suspended open a ticket here:
